A1: JFTC GROUP is an intelligent infrastructure system integration provider. We conduct overall scheme design, hardware selection, cabinet assembly, pre-integration and factory FAT testing. Most core hardware is sourced and manufactured under our quality control system. We deliver complete turnkey packages instead of separate spare parts.
Q2: Which regions do you mainly supply?
A2: We serve overseas turnkey projects worldwide, with particular strength in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Our systems are customized to adapt to high temperature, dust, humidity and unstable local power grid conditions.
Q3: Can you provide tender documents for bidding?
A3: Yes. We can supply BOM lists, system architecture drawings, product test reports, certification documents, operation & maintenance manuals and other materials required for local EPC tender submission.

Q4: What is included in your modular / containerized AI data center solution?
A4: Our modular and containerized data center covers GPU computing cluster, server cabinets, precision cooling, UPS & distribution system, environment monitoring and fire protection. The whole system is pre-assembled and pre-tested in factory for fast on-site deployment.
Q5: Can you customize power capacity and cooling capacity for AI server clusters?
A5: Yes. Our engineering team designs power distribution and thermal management according to your GPU quantity, power density and local climate parameters.
Command Center & AV Visualization
Q6: What does your command center turnkey package include?
A6: The scope includes LED/LCD video wall, KVM dispatching system, matrix controller, central control system, audio conference equipment and visualization software integration. We complete pre-debugging in factory before shipment.
Q7: Is 24/7 continuous operation supported for emergency command rooms?
A7: Yes. All hardware and system architecture are designed for non-stop 24-hour operation with redundant power and signal backup options.
Smart Park & Smart Building
Q8: Can you combine access control, parking, video surveillance and energy management into one unified platform?
A8: Yes. We integrate multiple subsystems onto a single visualization management platform for smart campus, industrial park and government building projects.
Q9: Is the software platform customizable to match our existing local system?
A9: Our team supports interface docking and secondary customization according to your project requirements.
Certification, Testing & After-sales
Q10: What certifications can you provide?
A10: We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Product certifications include CE, RoHS and BIS (on selected electrical & display products). FAT factory acceptance test reports are available for all turnkey projects.
Q11: What is your after-sales service model?
A11: We provide lifetime remote technical support. Optional on-site commissioning guidance and training services can be arranged for large turnkey projects. Spare parts supply is available for long-term project maintenance.
Q12: What is your project lead time?
A12: Lead time depends on project scale and customization requirements. Our sales & engineering team will confirm a formal schedule after reviewing your system specification.

Q14: Do you support partial supply instead of full turnkey delivery?
A14: Yes. While we prefer full turnkey integration projects, we can also supply matched subsystems and supporting hardware as part of your existing project.
