Video Wall Splicing Processor
Splicing processor that treats several displays as one canvas, with windowing, scaling and source switching across the wall.
A video wall is only as useful as the processor behind it. This unit maps any input to any part of the wall, opens several windows at once and keeps the picture continuous across the bezels, so the wall behaves like a single large display instead of a row of screens.
How it is configured
- Wall layout: rows and columns, and how the image is mapped across the bezels
- Number of inputs and the mix of signal types feeding the wall
- Number of simultaneous windows, and whether picture-in-picture or overlay is needed
- Output interface used by the displays, and the resolution required per screen
- Control: front panel, network, web interface or a third-party control system
- Stored presets for the layouts used every day — single source, quad view, presentation
Where it is used
- Command and control centres
- Lobbies, showrooms and brand walls
- Meeting rooms and briefing centres
- Traffic, utility and security operations rooms
