Room Scheduling Display
Wall-mounted room booking display that shows live availability, books on the spot and can release rooms when a presence sensor sees nobody inside.
A room that looks free usually is not, and finding out costs a walk down the corridor. A scheduling display outside the door shows the current booking and the next one, and lets the next user claim the room without opening a laptop. The panel reads the calendar system already in use, so nothing has to be entered twice. Many units also drive the room itself: display power, lighting and the occupied state on the corridor overview.
