The CDU is the hydraulic control station of a liquid cooling system. A plate heat exchanger, circulating pump group, precision filter, flow and pressure sensors, automatic valves and water-quality monitoring are assembled on one frame and control the primary and secondary loops.
Coolant flow and pressure are distributed precisely to each cabinet or container, with N+1 pump redundancy and alarms for leakage, over-temperature and low pressure, so a single fault does not take the cluster down.
