Wireless Presentation System

Wireless screen sharing receiver for meeting rooms, with multi-presenter switching, HDMI or USB-C dongles and optional PoE power.

Cabling a table is the slowest part of a meeting: every guest needs the right adapter, and the cable that worked last week is missing. A wireless presentation system replaces that with a receiver behind the display and a small app or dongle on the laptop, so anyone can share within seconds. Most units accept several presenters at once and let them hand over from a phone or a room panel. The receiver can sit behind a display, in a floor box or on the network, depending on how the room is already wired.

How it is specified

  • Number of simultaneous presenters, and how switching between them is controlled
  • Connection type: HDMI dongle, USB-C dongle, or software only over the local network
  • Output resolution and frame rate, and whether 4K is passed through untouched
  • Network mode: wired LAN, its own Wi-Fi access point, or both
  • Whether the receiver runs on PoE or needs a local power adapter
  • Guest access method: on-screen PIN, QR code, or moderator approval
  • Management of many receivers from one console, including firmware and usage logging

Where it is used

  • Boardrooms and meeting rooms with mixed laptops
  • Classrooms, lecture theatres and training rooms
  • Huddle spaces and hot-desk areas
  • Conference centres where rooms are used by different companies
