Visitor Management Kiosk
Self-service visitor terminal with ID scanning and badge printing that notifies the host and logs the entry.
A paper visitor book records a name nobody checks and cannot be searched afterwards. A visitor kiosk at reception reads an ID, prints a badge and notifies the host, so the record exists before the visitor walks in. Repeat visitors can be recognised and signed in faster. The unit has to work with the access control already in the building, otherwise the badge it prints opens nothing.
